What does GI Executive do?
GI Executive helps companies in Hong Kong and Taiwan put AI to work. We provide AI Implementation Teams that build AI into your daily workflows, and we hire individual AI talent on an outsourced, project-based or permanent basis. We also recruit for senior non-AI roles.
What is an AI Implementation Team?
An implementation lead plus one or two automation specialists who work inside your company for 6 to 12 months. They map your workflows, choose the right AI tools, automate costly manual work, train your staff and report the hours and cost saved.
Can we add AI talent without opening a new headcount?
Yes. With outsourced hiring, we employ the person on our payroll and handle the contract, salary, MPF, insurance and HR administration, while they work full-time in your team and report to you.
How is this different from hiring an AI consultancy?
A consultancy sends its own team to deliver a project and then leaves. The people we place work inside your team, report to you and can be extended or converted to permanent, so the know-how stays in your company.
